Evaluation of existing insurance
We re-evaluate the existing insurance both from the point of the client and the existing possibilities on the insurance market.

Elaboration of risk analysis - selection of risks
On the basis of perfect knowledge of the client, i.e. knowledge of property structure, its dislocation, organization of work, scope of entrepreneurial activities and security system, we will identify and assess those risks that could potentially threaten stability of the organization. We will elaborate a handbook of procedures for cases of insurance events of different types (i.e. instructions how to proceed when insurance events occur in order to prevent from further damages and in order to make it possible to pay the insurance claims in maximum.

Outline of insurance programme
Based on the risk analysis and knowledge of conditions of the Slovak and international insurance market we will propose such insurance programme which cover all potential risks.

Selective procedure - selection of insurance companies
Based on systematic monitoring and evaluation of the Slovak and international insurance market, information on the financial stability of insurance companies, repeated long-term cooperation with the management of individual insurance companies able to take over the specified risk we cooperate in selection of concrete insurance companies complying with stipulated criteria for the selective procedure.

Processing of selective procedure
In case the client is an organisation subordinated to the regime of Act No. 523/2003 Coll. on public acquisition, we prepare selective procedure in accordance with this act.

Conclusion and administration of insurance
With regard to the results of selective procedure we ensure conclusion of insurance contracts according to individual requirements of the client, we ensure their updating during the period of validity of insurance contracts with regard to changing conditions in client´s activities or of an insurance market.

Assistance in settlements of insurance claims
Our company protects the interests of the client in cooperation with the client and insurance company in reporting of insurance events, site inspections, providing consultancy regarding necessary supporting documents. Our company makes an effort to ensure fast procedure of claims settlements in collaboration with experts in individual insurance companies, negotiates compensations of damages with the insurance companies and negotiates the final amount of insurance claims payment with the insurance companies.

Continual monitoring of information about the insurance market
We continuously follow the development on the insurance market, evolvement of the requirements and conditions of the client, inform him about substantial changes and novelties and propose more advantageous insurance from the financial point of view or that of risk cover.

Professional lectures and seminars

Qualification

CONCORDE meets all conditions and requirements of the Slovak Republic legislation Original licence to effect intermediary business was granted to CONCORDE company based on the Law of the Natioanl Assembly of the Slovak Republic No.24/1991 Coll., as amended by the Ministry of Finance of the Slovak Republic - by the former Supervisory Authority over insurance
In the year 2002 CONCORDE company was licenced anew and it comes under the state supervision over insurance of the Financial Market Authority which as of 19 October 2002 registers the company under No. GRUFT-024/2002/PMPO in compliance with the new Law on Insurance No. 95/2002 Coll. Equally, it complies with the standards recommended by the Directives on insurance issued by the Commission of the European Union.
CONCORDE company concluded the professional liability insurance for damage caused by the broker activities according to the latest European standards.
Management of the company has an adequate qualification and professional and practical experience related to both domestic and foreign insurance market. Members of the company´s staff undergo regular training and enhance their qualification.

In case of agreeing upon an insurance via insurance broker you pay minimum or less compared to insurance concluded directly in the insurance company. However, all services provided for you are totaly free-of charge during the whole period of insurance. Our complex services do not involve any increased cost for you. For intermediating an insurance and for activity linked to it, including co-operation in the settlements of insurance claims the broker is paid by an insurer for whom a high quality activity means substantial reduction of running costs.
In any case, cooperation with brokerage firm will have no an adverse effect either on the quality or on the price of insurance under no cicurumstances.

Is the activity of insurance brokers regulated by law?

Yes, the activity of insurance brokers is licensed and defined by legal regulation of the Slovak Republic. It is mainly the Law on Insurance No. 95/2002 Coll. and modification and amendment of certain laws which set conditions for the activity of an insurance broker.
